"no evidence"

What kind of bullshit report is this? You can't say there is "no evidence" of sexual abuse, when there was a complaint filed alleging that sexual abuse took place. The statement in the complaint is a piece of evidence. Maybe it won't hold up. Maybe there's some reason to doubt that the statement is correct, or you need more to corroborate it. But that's not "no evidence", it's "not enough evidence." It drives me crazy when people use the term "no evidence" like this, when all they really mean is there isn't sufficient evidence to establish the case.

Yes, this is basically the same point I made long ago. But people haven't stopped doing it yet, so I will continue to complain.
